Payments, Fees, Renewals, Cancellation For PaceBuilders Coaching Program Only
With our PaceBuilders Coaching Program, you are obligated to pay membership fees on a monthly or annual basis as selected when you sign up for our coaching services. Membership fees will be billed automatically to the payment method used during your initial purchase and will renew automatically until the membership is terminated by you. You can cancel your membership or modify your payment choice at any time inside your account information section in the members area. If cancelling, please be sure to read the cancellation section below for more information. Please allow 48 hours for your cancellation request to be processed by our membership system.
When you purchase the PaceBuilders Coaching Program, you authorize Run For Performance LLC (AKA RunBuzz.com/PaceBuilders) to charge your designated payment method for the membership fees.
Prices for our coaching fees as published on our website may fluctuate as a result of current market rates, competitive positioning, and a host of other factors that impact our pricing. We do not raise or lower rates for members who are currently enrolled in our membership programs. Therefore, if the price of our service increases, you will be billed at your original billed rate. However, should you leave our coaching program and reenter at a later time, the new rate will be in effect. If prices go down, and you are paying a higher rate, please contact us for the best way to adjust your price down. Due to limitations with our credit card processor, we can't make these changes without you initializing it with us.
Payments and Fees For Other Non-Subscription Services (eg. Custom Training Plans, Coaching Calls, etc)
With our Custom Training Plans, you are purchasing a product or service with a single, one-time payment. When you purchase a Custom Training Plan, you authorize Run For Performance LLC (AKA RunBuzz.com/PaceBuilders) to charge your designated payment method for the cost of the product or service at that time.
Prices for our Custom Training Plan product as published on our website may fluctuate time to time as a result of current market rates, competitive positioning, and a host of other factors that impact our pricing. We do not adjust pricing to previous advertised rates, nor do we offer refunds in any price differences. Price is valid on/to the date of purchase as posted and charged.
Refund Policy (This section applies to all products)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the service you receive. If you are cancelling a service or requesting a refund for a product/service and it is because you are unhappy with the product or service, please contact us directly so we can fix any issue, especially as we may not be aware of the issue. We would love the opportunity to fix anything and we will work hard to make you completely satisfied within reasonable limitations.
However, should you want a refund, please note the following refund policy. Our refund policy is subject to change and will be valid/enforced based on the current refund policy at the date the refund was requested.
Refund Policy Specific To Subscription Based Products (PaceBuilders Coaching Program)
Monthly Payment Subscriptions:
For new subscriptions (less than one month):
1. 100% refund will be given if request is made before questionnaire has been completed and submitted.
2. 50% refund will be given if requested after questionnaire has been submitted and reviewed due to the time and commitment of the coaches to creating a personalized plan.
3. No refunds will be given after the training plan has been sent as services have rendered. However, if you are unhappy with your plan, we will review your plan with your concerns and make the appropriate changes deemed necessary.
For existing subscriptions (monthly option only), your membership is cancelled effective at the end of the current term in which you cancel. There are no refunds for any partial time remaining as your training has been delivered for that month.
Annual Payment Subscriptions:
For NEW subscriptions (annual payment option) where membership time is less than 30 days, once the questionnaire has been completed and submitted to our coaches, and the training plan creation has started, a refund for the remaining 11 months of the annual plan will be given IF the refund request is made within the first 30 days. This is due to the fact that a significant portion of our coaches time is spent reviewing the questionnaire, and getting to know your personal, unique situation and fitness profile and preparing a longer term training program.
For existing subscriptions (annual option only) where your membership time is greater than 30 days, your membership is cancelled effective immediately and a refund is prorated based on the remaining time left to the next nearest first of the month past the current date of cancellation.
Refund Policy Specific To Non Subscription Based Products (Custom Training Plans)
For custom training plan purchases, once the fitness questionnaire has been completed and submitted to our coaches, and the training plan creation process has started, a 50% refund will be given provided the final training plan has not been delivered. This is due to the fact that a significant portion of our coaches time is spent reviewing the questionnaire, and getting to know your personal, unique situation and fitness profile and preparing a training plan. If a training plan has been delivered, no refund will be given. If a refund request is requested PRIOR to completing and submitting your initial fitness questionnaire, a 100% refund will be given.
Refund Policy Specific To 1:1 or Group Coaching Calls, Missed Calls, Reschedules, etc.
For custom 1:1 or group coaching calls, once a call takes place, no refund will be given. If a package of coaching calls have been purchased, the refund will be prorated. For new calls, if a fitness profile questionnaire has been given in advance of the coaching call and submitted and a call does not take place, a 75% refund will be given due to the fact that a significant portion of our coaches time is spent reviewing the questionnaire, and getting to know your personal, unique situation and fitness profile to prepare for the initial coaching call.
If no fitness profile questionnaire was given, a full refund will be given if the request is made prior to your scheduled call.
No refunds will be given for missed calls. If a call needs rescheduled, a written notification (email) must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled coaching call. If a notification is made in under 2 hours, it is considered a missed call, however special considerations may be made on a case by case basis for certain situations (family emergencies, etc).
