Flying Pig Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K

May 5 @ 6:30 am - 1:00 pm

Flying Pig Marathon 2024

The Flying Pig Marathon and Half Marathon will be held Sunday, May 5th, 2024 in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. For those interested in the 10K, it will be be held on Saturday, May 4th.

The marathon starts at 6:30 AM and features a lively, scenic route through the streets of Cincinnati, Covington, Newport, Mariemont, Fairfax, and Columbia Township. The race maintains a strict 16:00/mile pace in order to be an official finisher.

Every race participant who registers will receive an official race shirt, a high-quality gift, a collector’s edition poster, and a digital swag bag.

The half marathon starts concurrently at 6:30 AM and covers areas across Cincinnati, Newport, and Covington before splitting off back towards downtown to the finish area.

The Flying Pig 10K begins at 7:00 AM, Saturday, the day before. Each 10k participant will receive an official race shirt, a collector’s edition poster, and an electronic goodie bag.

All participants completing each race will be awarded a medal, a thermal blanket, and refreshments in the finish zone.

Packet Pick-Up (Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K)

The Flying Pig packet pickup is scheduled to take place at the P&G Health & Fitness Expo, located in the Duke Energy Convention Center. I highly recommend that you collect your packet on Friday, or early Saturday if possible to avoid the largest crowds and lines. I found the packet pickup historically, well-organized so even if you come later in the day, or during peak times, you will be fine.

For those picking up 10k packets on Saturday, they will be available for pickup on-site that morning. Following the completion the 10k, if you are running Sunday as well, you can go ahead and pick up your half or full marathon packets, along with the shirt, premium gift, and poster at the expo.
